
What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is about getting to the root of your health concerns. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I’ve completed a comprehensive, year-long certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association. My focus is on the five foundations of health: Digestion, Blood Sugar, Mineral Balance, Hydration, and Fatty Acids.
When you work with me, you’ll receive a holistic, data-driven plan tailored to your unique body and goals. I use advanced tools like Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and foundational health assessments to create personalized strategies that bring your body’s foundational systems back into balance.

My focus & my muses
I help people implement practical, healthy habits around food, movement, and nervous system regulation so they can feel balanced and resilient again. My approach doesn’t focus on weight loss, but most clients notice better energy, improved metabolism, and, often, sustainable weight loss as a result of restoring balance.
My dream client is the worn-out badass. They’re constantly showing up for everyone else—kids, friends, significant others, work—but struggle to prioritize themselves.
