Building balance in the body to cultivate intuition and creativity

44 in Flow is a 44-day guided program where participants commit to 44 days of eating balanced meals, meditation, a morning and night phone detox, consistent exercise, and daily somatic practices to build balance in the body and cultivate a true self-care ritual.
From April 21 – June 3, 2025 through weekly meal plans, 5 virtual sessions, weekly emails, and a WhatsApp group, we’ll secure foundational habits that balance our body’s key systems and build the safety required to explore our inner world.
This group will be led by Lindsey Akey, a somatic and mindfulness teacher who helps women reconnect with their bodies, release old patterns, and embody their true essence; and Jamie Jett, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in helping worn-out warriors rebalance and reenergize so they can get back to living the badass life they dream of.

🦘 Both Lindsey and Jamie made giant leaps forward in their journeys toward health and wellness by committing to a rigid program. 🧘
A few years after having twins, Lindsey felt burnt out and disconnected. A 90-day alcohol-free challenge led her to meditation, and something shifted. That simple commitment opened a new doorway.
As she explored somatic practices, she discovered a natural ability to understand the body’s language—how it holds, releases, and heals. Inspired by her own transformation, she became a certified meditation teacher, mindfulness teacher, somatic stress release practitioner, and sound healing practitioner.
Now, she helps others reconnect with their bodies, release old patterns, and embody their true essence—because healing is possible for everyone.
Jamie’s journey back to her true self began with an 8-week elimination diet focused on reducing inflammation. After battling brain fog and digestive issues, she committed to a strict, home-cooked meal plan. Surprisingly, she found joy in the process of meal planning and cooking, as the structure sparked her creativity. Though she already practiced meditation, movement, and journaling, it was this nutritional shift that helped her truly feel good in her body. Inspired by the results, she became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner to help others achieve the same transformation.
Within these very masculine structures, the feminine began to feel safe and ready to explore.
We both felt called to create a program that laid the foundation of what we believe to be necessary practices for true self-care, which are:
1️⃣ A morning ritual: We believe that you have to take care of your Self first thing in the morning by getting clear in the mind and tapping into the body’s wisdom and creativity.
2️⃣ A whole-foods, nutrient-dense diet: We believe that you cannot effectively communicate with your intuitive Self if you’re inflamed and nutritionally imbalanced.
We both wanted to provide a space for people to experience transformation through commitment. It is our aim to disrupt your daily patterns with intentional and healthy practices so you can build the balance within your body required to cultivate intuition and creativity.

44 in Flow – Actions You’ll Commit to for 44 days:
🌞 A morning ritual that includes an 11-minute meditation, 4-minute somatic movement or breathwork, and journaling
📱No scrolling your phone for the first and last 44 minutes of each day
🏋️ Exercise 4x a week for at least 44 minutes
🍜 Clean eating via provided meal plans
🌚 Trying 4 new experiences (we’ll provide a list of ideas!)

We’re offering the 44 in Flow program at pay-what-you-wish cost, with a suggested minimum of $66!
Why Pay-What-You-Wish?
We believe that transformation should be accessible.
We also recognize the value of our time, expertise, and the effort put into creating this program.
Let’s break down the cost…
Jamie typically charges a minimum of $150/month for monthly meal plans, accountability, and one 30-minute call.
Lindsey typically charges a minimum of $1500 a month for somatic coaching, movement guidance, and support.
We spent several hours organizing the content and resources to be delivered within this program and typically pay ourselves $40-$100/hour.
If you still feel $66 is too steep or isn’t in your wheelhouse, then don’t pay it! This is a pay-what-you-wish program. If you’re feeling generous and deeply invested, pay more! Your contribution supports others in the group who may need it.
