The 2025 Hard Refresh is a Dry January support group designed to maximize your break from booze through weekly meal plans with recipes to lower inflammation and boost your detox system and gut health.

During all of January, weโ€™ll replace the proverbial โ€œgood timesโ€ with actual goodness – daily emails with inspiration and resources to keep you on track, journal prompts to help you dig deeper and solidify healthy habits, and interesting guest sessions to keep things fun!

I wasn’t always a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who helps people feel good in their body.

In 2020, I began eating a cleaner diet and creating a consistent workout routine. I even quit smoking cigarettes! I naturally drank less alcohol as I built these habits, but I still drank… and I still felt kinda shitty. But beyond feeling less than optimal, I began to realize how much alcohol had a hold on me. I found it difficult to socialize, relax or unwind, celebrate, be around family and friends, go to shows, or de-stress without it.

I did my first Dry January in 2021 and in 2022 I didn’t drink at all! These days I drink maybe once a month and I hardly ever drink more than two drinks in one sitting.

But it took a while to get to this point. I did a lot of soul-searching and dug deep into my psyche to understand my beliefs about alcohol. Additionally, I had a hard time getting my detox and gut health back in order after years of abuse. Despite eating better, working out, and rarely drinking, I still struggled with bloat, constipation, diarrhea, poor sleep, and anxiousness. I wished that during my transition to life without a buzz, I had a group of people around me working toward the same goal – it would have been so much easier and much more fun! I wished that I knew how to show my liver some love and restore my gut health.

This is why I created the 2025 Hard Refresh, a Dry January Support Group.   • Really picky eaters
  • Anyone with a severe drinking problem or an alcoholic as I am not qualified to guide you through a safe detox

Let’s break down the cost…

I typically charge a minimum of $150/month for monthly meal plans, accountability, and one 30-minute call.

I spent several hours organizing the content and resources to be delivered within this program and typically pay myself $40/hour. So, this entire program is the rate of one hour of my time.

My two special guests: Lindsey Akey and El Towers, have various offers starting at $100 spanning from somatic intuitive sessions to past life regression. You’ll have the chance to get a taste of their talents at a fraction of the cost.
